Great Interview! Coach El seems like a good dude! As for the training shoe topic.. I've had rad's for a while and they fit tight.. I like the porn primitives, but it's a little thin for running for me. But, I have been using the goruck trainers everyday for the last little while and they have been the best one's i've used hands down and show no signs of breaking down.
