Kinda It dulls the power of your final hit so you never really hit as hard as you can Leaving the boss with one last chance to kill you they also go hyper aggresive at that moment

Its OK if u like souls games... Play on whatever u like the most. If u like mods obviously PC because u can play the best mod Seamless coop (if u like playing with friends). I'm not big on single player games tho I wish from soft would just give console players seamless coop the coop we have now is complete garbage.
