I love how the first one went from 8hrs to 5hrs down to 3hrs. I mean I'm here for all of it, just hoping y'all aren't getting burnt out 😉

The first one was a special cleared out day on our twitch channel to let them be able to get 8 hours in. Sometimes they can't go longer if there's another stream that's suppose to start up right after them. In the end it's more to do with the boundaries of time. - Heather

Please, Patches kills people by ambush in order to take their stuff, and when he fails to kill you he lies shamelessly to pretend it would be wrong for you to fight back. And when you kill him he seems genuinely confused why you would think he's done something wrong. What he's doing in the encounter here is lying in wait with a cheap shirt set in a shiny chest in an empty cave for "bait", which then as soon as you touch it he has manufactured a justification for trying to kill you for punishment, and when it doesn't work he changes his story to "I thought you were one of those mindless territorial monsters that hang around in large packs pretty far from here," like, it's about the worst lie he could have come up with whilst being stabbed. So sure, he might be a nice guy and just like a player character in a videogame, but he's also the sort of person who you can't get too close to unless you're face to face and you have bigger weapons than he does, or maybe if you just have some obvious use to him alive. And the kind of person whose words don't mean anything.
