on my first playthrough right now. stopped at lvl 137. getting constant invaders and invasions at all late game areas. man, I love using tongue with white cipher ring. unending 2v2 team dm. As soon as anyone dies another is connected.

First souls game I played was KINGSFIELD It blew me away and ever since I have played every SOULS GAMES. I PLATINUMED the original DEMON SOULS liked dark souls remastered. Platinumed it.bloodborn was one of the best games I played the DLC was really great Chalice dungeons was tough but great. Dark souls 2. Not a fan. Dark Souls 3 is a GREAT souls game. ELDIN RING is the best soft has ever done and I believe that DLC will drop around Christmas time. This is the OLD MAN. LOTS OF RESPECT TO YOU ChaseTheBro. Im not sure if someone mentioned in chat but for ds3 around the painted world dlc there was a patch that adjusted a lot of scaling with weapons allowing for more build diversity. carthus rouge also was very strong with the bleed proc and they nerfed that and made bleed weapons "better". that patch really allowed you to use builds besides quality and made a lot of heavy weapons really strong. they also adjusted poise someway that i forget but overall that patch was probably the best one i can remember :)

Barbaric Roar changes your heavy attacks and War Cry will make your character charge forward while charging heavy attacks instead of just standing still. 400+hrs and I’m still learning stuff. Cragblade AOW is also kinda cool.

This is a really random thing that you probably won’t read but the PS4 actually has cloud saving as well! It’s a huge help if you trade items with other players a lot or just want a save that still has ancient dragon stones and larval tears so you can try new builds

i also like invasions at lv 80 +17, most of the time balance, but one of the biggest problems for me is the overleveled phantoms, the damange that you could do to them and they could do to you is absurd...

Make a lvl 9 play through the game till you have most the books and all the stones then just make a hard save and boom you can go back to lvl 9 whenever you want and from there you can make a lvl 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 125 ect and then still be able to go back to 9 and restart. I did it and it's the best character I have so far

And for weapon levels I'm still experimenting but I do lvl 20 +1 and +2, 40 +3 and +7 50 +4 and +10 60 +5 and +12 70 +6 and + 15. 80 +7 and 17. 90 +7 and +17. 100-125 anywhere from +8-+10 and +20-25

I do 90+25 sometimes. It’s a nice balance between meta and late game. I get a lot of activity in Castle Sol and other late game areas.

chase - assuming you are still playing on PC, RL138 is a decent level, and haligtree is becoming a pretty fun pvp area. 138 is as high as you can go and both invade and host players at both 125 and 150. prayer room bonfire has a pretty good mix of organic co-op groups, honest 2v2s and shitter ganks - its fairly similar to meta ringed city in ds3, and the level design around the prayer room bonfire is amazing for pvp. IME the 50-70 range is VERY slow. but activity is low everywhere. to maintain constant pvp i usually just host with blues if im not getting an invasion after 10ish finger spams.

Don't know what system you're on but on PC, I've actually had a lot of luck doing lower level invasions, more specifically level 30. I also have enjoyed it a lot because it's generally a lot less one shotty across the board at that level. Level 50 does pretty well too.

Because most invasions are just 3 bleed build butt buddies vs 1 invader. Bump the max up to 8 people and always summon as many invaders as there are cooperators. They game will literally summon an extra hunter before they summon 2 invaders.
