The double bonk hammers were giving me a headache, especially in enclosed spaces. This build is perfect, and I appreciate the work you put in to make Elden Ring greater than it already is
@jaydengruss18372 жыл бұрын
What makes this build so much better is the fact that Elden ring is already a anime game it self and there is so much creativity in different builds and you can literally base your build on any character from an anime
@patrick0bitrate9772 жыл бұрын
never seen anime but how is it a anime game?
@coinisinorbit2 жыл бұрын
@@patrick0bitrate977 well anime Is the Japanese word for animation, all video games are 3d rendered animations, so technically every game is an "Anime" because it's an animation

How tf is this an anime game lmao

@EleanorDahlia2 жыл бұрын
@@RSDLAC the game look itself i wouldnt describe as anime-style in the slightest, but the majority of people that see things such as malenia's waterfowl dance call that move "very anime" so i presume it has to do with the ridiculousness of some attacks looking as if it would be something from a powerful character in an anime. even bloodhound's step is "anime-esque" since you literally teleport behind your target lock lol

With the remaining 2 talisman slots, you could use Radagon's Soreseal and the Starscourge Heirloom for +10 strength, +5 endurance, and +5 vigor which gives you more stats to play around with since you don't need to invest as much into STR/VIG/END (even more if you're going with STR/DEX because you'll also get +5 to dexterity)

Here's a fun one using the weapon with the longest name in the entire game: Carain Knight's Flame Arts Shield +25. Why this? It does physical and magical by base, but also allows you to apply affinities to it, such as lightning, holy, or fire. Flame Arts allows the shield to scale with four stats; Intelligence, Faith, Strength, and Dexterity. On top of making it have quad scaling options, it also makes it one of the only two weapons in the game that deal three damage types at once being physical, magical, and fire at roughly the same damage values across the board if you're building like you would for a quality build. (The other weapon is the Clayman spear, which also can be infused with ashes of war and have its affinity be changed, but as a weapon it's not all that impressive nor that interesting.) I'm sure you can find out some fun way to expand upon the idea of using this shield.

Ah yes, good ol fisticuffs, I remember my pugilist build in DS2 (there was a covenant item that made unarmed fists do decent enough damage) Sad to see despite the larger quantity of items in this game there is no such talisman here, but still a strong fist weapon build is a joy to see.
@derek967202 жыл бұрын
DS2 was so much fun as a fist build. They had rings that buffed damage and also increased your stagger per hit, allowing each rapid punch to stun lock enemies and players. I beat so many "meta" builds to death with my fists in that game.

general tip. if you are willing to level up multipe offensive stats to a high level then arcane is your best option on weapons with good dex and str scaling. you could go 60 str 60 dex and 60 arc qith bleed and deal massive damage in a few hits. maybe not a onepunch build but a glasscanon non the less especially on like a berserksword or things of that size. you could even go 80 instead of 60 but good luck with like 20 vigor

I know it's overdone but it's little wonder people do the high STR, big weapon, jumping attack build given how the game makes it obvious that it's the easiest and best way to play a straight high STR build. People will always look for the path of least resistance and maximum return. For me it's force of habit, I've played a large, 2H weapon, STR build in every Soulsborne game since Demon Souls. I'm old and set in my ways. I should of course say that this build was really entertaining and surprisingly strong! You've gained a sub man.
