The Sharpshot Talisman can be used with lock on as well. Since it counts when the arrow hits as apposed to when it's fired, you can shoot while locked on from a decent range, then hold aim as the arrow is about to connect to get a bonus damage. A little finicky and awkward, but worth keeping in mind for bow builds.

Its super arrow inefficient, but i love the ansbach longbow. The fanshot does a surprising amount if dmg and following shots are fast. And the jump shot and follow shots are almost as fast as rapid shot. Running shots are also quite powerful.

Don't forget about the *Ansbach Longbow* and its *Fan Shot* being capable of *one-shotting non-tanky players* if you have a Storm setup with the *Enraged Divine Beast, Divine Beast Helm, and Stormwing Bone Arrows* This is because *Fan Shot is currently bugged where if one of its arrows hit, then all of them hit!*

I don't think it's a bug... Making it work like that kinda equalizes damage vs. small and big targets, so that it feels less hyper-situational than the rain ash. Gotta say though, DLC gear is just stronger and this one is not the exception largely because of how fast the animation is. If it were slower, it would probably be similar to mighty shot in terms of balance.

@@Paddy656 To be honest, I think AoW should cost way more MP. A lot of builds don't even need to level up Mind and you get a decent amount of L2 uses on most unique AoW. It would be a good way to rein in their power by forcing players to either use them sparingly or dump points into Mind. Forcing hosts to either be more mindful with FP or leveling up Mind would an okay way to keep AoW spam in check. Really it'd only be a huge issue if they have super high level phantoms since Fromsoft hasn't fixed the phantom scaling.
