First of, sorry english is my third language. I meant she might not be entirely clean. The ladies say nothing the like. The only one even recognizing the existence of the clinic in act or dialogue is the Narrow Minded Man who will venture there despite being never told about it. This may be explained by the it actually being a known save haven, which fall already in the early evening (as we see) or he was told by someone who was told by the Imposter. I would personally subscribe to the former as the front door is locked when we leave the building. Thus the first enemy ingame likely is a refugee that turned and caused the carnage in the lobby(where all the beds are) The real Iosefka is definetly part of the the Healing Church or formally was. This is not even talking about her wearing the White Church set, but she being able to administer blood. Even more so. She is not like Adella doing it so with the understanding on the basis of faith but with a rational approach as she is creating the most potent blood we can aquire ingame. It also way clearer than other ones like say Adellas or the generic ones. She also knows how the beasthood transformation works, alluding in her dialogue to the corruption of mind, trying to call us to senses if we attack the door. Though this might have already become common knowledge by the night of this hunt. Another point of contention is if she recognizes or even knows what the pale blood hunter is. The dialogue could be read that she does, or that she just simply thinks of us as a exceptionally skilled huntsman. But the GIANT question here is, why do we find one of her vials in the nightmare of mensis? And what about the massgrave in the backyard? The most reasonable explenation would be that she is part of the School of Mensis but somebody who is disgusted of the current state. She is supplying boddies to Yahrhagul, but no one that could still be saved.The bodies are all already showing signs of transformation. The whole thing seems that she fucking well knows that the blood is the problem in this whole affair yet she still uses it. Because apperently she is under the assumption that clean blood is a possibility and that she tries to achieve. -- Now the imposter is straight up choir, and continues the expiremtents in the clinic. Now do you think she is fanatic enough to use the real one as a lab rad just for the sake of it? - From what I see, you got orphan twin sisters who get raised to become part of the next upper echolon generation by the church as practice (Upper Cathedral Ward Key Description) They have a falling out because Iosefka joins Mensis, which the Imposter handles rather badly. Iosefka at one point becomes disillusioned by the carnage of Mensis and tries to fix the blood and actually help people and then sets up a field hospital in a mansion in central Yharnam. Shit goes down and Upper Cathedral Ward is overrun and the Imposter seeks refuge at her sisters camp. Gets welcomed with open arms but the discontent still lingers. Well there are no signs of a fight, why should there. Iosefka is disposed and experimented apon using subterfuge, just as the imposter would repeat on the Beggar later. Well and the women needs people to finish her work, which is why she tells us to bring her more bodies.

@@therac197 first ,iosefkas graveyard is filled with beast like corpses,and corpses with old yharnam type of beasthood,so the corpses arent from her experimenting on patients,also she doesnt want people,if she was experimenting,she would have made the same request as the fake iosefka,to bring more test subjects to her,also we know she is a medic and has probably been experimenting on her own blood,since its still her body the one that has that blood,and we know she isnt with the healing church since she explicitly has her clinic outside of the grounds of healing church,her blood is a "clinics original" and that by that time a lot of people got to know that they could get infected by the blood,it wasnt common knowledge but it wasnt a secret only healing church members knew,also her objectives seem to truly be curing people since we know the infected blood its what makes people into monsters,and hers is clean,also the only thing we might give shade to iosefka is because of the mensis vial,but as it stands,there seems to be twi possibilitys for this either iosefka was a mensis scholar until she perfected clean blood,which i dont think its likely since the vial its supposed to be a clinic original and also that it wouldnt happen in the same time frame as it should to be there in the first place,especially since we find said vial right besides mergo wet nurse,it wouldnt make sense for the scholars to have it outside of every experimentation lab but rather besides a great one,and one thing im inclined to believe its that the vial was sended by the impostor and her plotters,since we see in bloodbornes comics that its likely that the moon presence and gehrman alongside it(since gehrman has to obey) helped the strike agaisnt the original iosefka,and to me it makes more sense that the moon presence would leave the blood alongside its "son" and wet nurse instead of the scholars throwing such an important blood vial outside any facility of research
