Just a heads up, pairing this weapon with the Carian Thrusting Sword (The one that allows you to cast spells) and putting parry on the offhand Gauche allows for an extremely versatile build while allowing for the better parry. Been running it in seamless invasions. I use skulls on 2 players and hard rush the third with Miriams vanishing -> Gaval of Haima combo and Carian Greatsword -> Carian Peircer combo. You aren't gonna get a whole lot of damage out of it but the ability to separate phantoms and use the 2 talisman slots for more defense/utility is great.

Dual estoc with an offhand spread crossbow loaded with explosive bolts has been my go to build for a while. It's phenomenal with the spear talisman+multi-hit talisman (talismen?). You can spice it up with different ash-of-war. I also like to carry a hot swap light weapon with some sort of high damaging ranged ash of war (like vacuum slice). Hand axe seems to work best for my hot swap, for my full dex build. Give it a try. ;)
