You can take out big mouth imp with a bow on the stairs before entering the room. He wont aggro either. Get just low enough on the stairs to shoit him, no further. If you do this, the great glovewort will be stuck midair. Devs really need to fix this. Ive killed a lot of mobs that get stuck midair and cant loot them. Its an ongoing problem in fromsoft games. Plus if they fall off a cliff after death, it drags the loot with them, also a problem.

Yeah I was considering doing that but never got around to it. Instead mine just disappeared when my back was turned and no loot to be seen anywhere not above, not below. Torn between curiosity on what happened and anger I think I lost that mega valuable max glovewort

Very lucky that the boss has a site of grace and was able to run right back and my guy was there complete with the max upgrade material

@@monhi64 yeah i first tried saving and restarting, the item was just gone. I beat inquisitor and rested. Went back and beat big mouth again.

If it gets stuck in the air, turn the light back off & jump off. It won’t send the platform back up but it’ll send you to a stake of Merika & give you another shot with the imp at the right spot.

Wonderful I looked away to buff up to run past the big mouth imp and he just despawned or something no great ghost glovewort to be found. It’s such a long dungeon too, to check to see if he’s magically back if I reload everything. Not your fault though, thanks for the help

If you don’t do the critters quest with a little fat man with a huge armor, you’re ruining your game by going to shadows keep thanks don’t break the seal

Don't go near the shadow keep and the cathedral or you'll get locked out from some quests ​@@nihilityv

@@nihilityv the big merchant man who sells you stuff, you get locked out of his quest line by going to shadow keep and basically all the quest lines by breaking the seal. hope that helped

I killed the giant thing and didn’t get the great ghost glowvert Reloaded killed him again and it dropped so nvm

It's not gone. Just reload the area and kill it again while the platform is lowered.

You can also save and exit then load back in and the loot falls

These catacombs are so boringnin design and how repetitive they are. They definitely need to find a new designer for the caves lol
