I like these NPC vs boss videos. Bosses usually dominate but that just sells how badass they are imo. Like, you can't help but enjoy yourself a little bit watching the contenders get ragdolled even harder than you did. Lots of bosses just shine a lot more when they're fighting a player sized enemy, like Champion Gundyr or Gwyn. Plus when an NPC finally wins you're really proud of them.

Bleed always seemed the best way to beat Malenia. Even as a str/fth hybrid I switch weapons to something with bleed or frost when I fight her. Though with the dlc now the death Knight weapons are pretty solid against her, for my setup

Порой у меня с ними возникает больше проблем, чем с той же Маленией. Однажды в основной игре траев 30 торчал на магическом бомже с цепом и катающимися улитками.

You can call me a simp all you want, but malenia is my favorite boss in elden ring, yes the first few times she was really hard for me, but I've still enjoyed the fight regardless because how cool most of her attacks looked like, her cutscenes, dialogues, design and also how much satisfaction I've felt when I beat her for the first time, however after i learned the timings of her combos the fight has become way easier, more enjoyable and even more satisfying, and everytime I go back her fight feels even better than it was before. The only things that I'm kind of dissatisfied at is first of all on how she's portrayed like miquella's pawn that doesn't really care about anything except miquella and maybe blind swordsman, like i wish she was something more in the lore and secondly her rewards and moves are kind of underwhelming for the player except maybe for an waterfowl dance ash of war it's pretty good
