Elder Scrolls Lore - the Enantiomorph

Currently in bed and haven't thought it through but this came to mind: The events of the Dragonborn DLC has the Last Dragonborn(rebel?) being given the final word of the Bend Will shout by Hermaeus Mora(observer?) in order to defeat the first dragonborn Miraak(king?).

Nice! This does tick all the boxes, yes. Even to the extent of not telling them apart (the LDB and Miraak are both dragonborn, after all).

This might be a bit late but doesn’t this apply to Serana and her father too? Serana(the rebel) overthrows her father(the king) and the observer her mother who is forced to flee into the soul cairn and stay there while granting an elder scroll to serana to help her

The enantiomorphic pattern eternally recurring in The Elder Scrolls series paint a very gruesome and sad picture: It is a universe where cycles of betrayal (The Rebel's uprising against the King), violence (The King being deposed by the Rebel with the help of the Observer) and destruction (The Observer getting maimed) are engraved into the very fabric of it's existence, and echoing and repeating and recurring into itself like a fractal.
