It is a good one of a kind guide for mastering elder scrolls without the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cooworker at last got cool results with it.

You can also travel via your guild mates or friend list. Sometimes, if you don't mind the multiple loading screen, you can travel to a guildies primary residence and exit from that place.

Another tip for unsubscribed players running out of bag space: Create a bunch of alternate characters in all three alliances, maybe specialized for the other roles your main is not. Then bank items from your main onto those "mule" characters for 60 free slots each. Bank Manager Revived (Slim Edition) can help speed up this item banking, to one-button-bank all wood/leather/smith materials, etc. Having backup characters to fill another Dungeon/Trial role or when your main gets boring is an added bonus.

Another tip, if you want to rank up an ability fast, have it slotted and equiped as you finish your daily dungeon/battlefield gives it a big boost.

Couple of issues with your guide: 1. Armor only levels up if you're wearing three pieces of a certain type. Thus, you can only level up two types at a time. I'd suggest four pieces of your main (Light for Magicka, Medium for stamina, or Heavy for Tank) and three of another. Once your main skill hits 50 (which will level faster because it's four pieces), switch those out for the third type 2. Only skills on the active bar, and not the hidden bar, will gain XP. 3. For your active bar, I would put one skill from each of your three Class skill lines, one from your preferred weapon type (Staff, Two-handed weapon, Bow, etc.) and then for the last slot choose a skill from a completely different weapon type you might want to play with later. You can unlock a different weapon skill line by using that weapon for just a couple of fights, which will unlock the first skill, which you can place on your active bar and then switch back to your preferred weapon. Having the skill on your active bar will increase the level of that skill plus the weapon skill line even though you can't actually use the skill in combat.

Your first point is incorrect. You'll _unlock_ the skill tree by wearing three pieces of the same type of armor, but then you can simply wear one or two and it will level, though the more pieces you wear the faster it levels.

A frequently overlooked bit of helpful information is that "Research times" are real time, not in-game time... A small correction... there are no stamina or Magicka regeneration FOODS... An easy Provisioning rule of thumb is DRINKS provide stamina and Magicka regeneration, foods just increase your max... 6:03 This is a popular misconception... In my opinion, survivability takes a higher priority when leveling a new player... Therefore, I split my first 10 attribute points between Health and either stamina or magicka... After level 10, you unlock the dungeon finder, and can join parties with a healer, so putting points in health won't be as important, and you can concentrate on either stam. or mag...

I just hit cp160 and haven't researched...at all. And haven't done any undaunted ...maybe 1 . Also, I don't know how to get back to the main quest line ... I was on "experience the ebonheart pact" then I don't know where to go for that. I have a lot of catching up to do.

Don’t waste points into health. Grab one skill from each skill tree. Upgrade inventory/mount. Have fun and don’t worry about the grind till you’re 160!

@@evengreven5515 true after 4 days of playing i got to level 34 and towards the end of main quest line, at this point im saving up gold for a house, and working my way upto cr160 so i can start focusing on more endgame type grinding, and i do equipment crafting writ missions to earn xp and gold etc while leveling up my crafting skills

I bought the game a couple of days ago and the moment I started it I closed it. I like the game but it's very overwhelming and I don't understand anything.

I spent my first 100 hours or so playing the game in first person mode and treating it as if it were a single player RPG. I had great fun with it and did not worry myself with everything that the experienced players were doing. Eventually I tried to do Cyrodiil when I was at lvl 45 or so and I got lucky to stumble upon an academy-type PvP guild that was looking for newbies to train and join their parent guild. They helped me learn a lot of the aspects of the game I wasn't aware of and now, about a year after I started the game and having spent 1.5k hours on it, I can confidently say this: ESO takes a lot, and I mean _a lot,_ of time to even start grasping the basics, let alone become a decent at it - unless you have a friend spoonfeeding you information. So my advice is to just roll with it and have fun. Don't expect to be even moderately decent before you've played a couple hundred hours. Just have fun and the rest is going to slide right in.

Mount training and research really needs to be reworked. Taking 6 months to fully level your mount and its NOT account wide is just absurd. And getting all of the research done takes even longer and also isnt account wide. Ive been playing since the dropped the sub fee years ago and this still pisses me off
