Elder Scrolls Online Necromancer Build | Outnumbered PvP (Nycecro)

The Elder Scrolls Online Necromancer PvP Build: Nycecro.
This stamina necromancer PvP build combines insanely high physical and spell resistances, critical damage resistance, and nearly every form of mitigation easily obtainable to the necromancer class in ESO. All this while still pushing around 6k weapon damage without utilizing the sea serpent's coil mythic. Between undeath, sprit guardian, major protection, minor protection, major evasion, and other mitigation, you can tank out a lot of incoming damage.
Flex spots. Can switch out death dealers fete for serpent coil. Can switch out mortal coil skill with deaden pain for a more 'kiting friendly' skill and more damage reduction. Pariah can be exchanged for aetherial ascension resulting in safer sustain, but less consistent mitigation as well as less damage. Balorgh 1 piece can be traded for magma one piece. Immobilization poisons on backbar can be traded out for a damage glyph or double dot poisons. Race Priorities: Dark elf, Orc, imperial, Argonian.
Remember that resistant flesh makes armor even higher resulting in 42k+ resistances. This build was designed for outnumbered pvp.
This build has access to every common status effect. If running in a coordinated group, feel free to drop ice staff for a defending restoration staff (heavy restoration attacks provide major mending which causes bigger heals and higher resistances).
*I forgot blue cp: master at arms, resilience, duelist rebuff, iron clad (cutting defense flex)

This build has been awesome! My necro is a khajiit for when I bomb so I tweaked this a bit by swapping mortal coil with camo hunter to help me with all the nightblades running around and up my crit. The extra crit puts me at 25% and I use race against tame instead of blade cloak for more crit damage. It’s been a ton of fun and I love getting to rep the weakest class for pvp in a cool way. Thanks for putting this build out!

Ive watched the video 14 times liked and subscribed and still can't find what youre using for crit% source. It looks like youre running tri stat pots. Crit pots are nice... But i really have to keep an eye on my Mag. Sustain is great on tri stats... But burst damage drops without the Crit. Any help would be appreciated. Ty ggs

No crit source. Necro has some crit passives but nothing great. Wouldn’t focus too much on crit with this spec

Very well made video and the build is very fun. My only complain is that there is not a screenshot of the full build (usually is done with an addon which I can't remember) so we can see the whole picture of mundus,cp,weapon traits, armor types and stuff like that. Most of the stuff where mentioned during the video but it's is much better to have the screenshot at the end so we can take a quick look when we need to. Great build tho, keep it up.

@@flarie4931 if you over sprint or roll too much it can be taxing (you’ll see this in my recent video) but when disciplined it’s fine as you see in this video. I don’t recommend it for bgs however. Not without practice. Trial by fire can be an easier time

Defending restoration staff, immobilization poisons, and moving mortal coil to backbar. Can then get breach on front bar with caltrops. Or tbh throw meditation back there for survivability and the op deliberation passive

Have you tried trial by fire? You’re basically always under a status effect when outnumbered so the set is procced all the time.

Definitely a great alternative. I just like the ‘for sureness’ of AA especially in a gank situation, but outnumbered in PvP you’ll always have trial by fire value tbf

I’ve always liked the idea of ravager for a body set always active, but regardless I think deadly strikes front bar is definitely the way to go for sure. Maybe trickery back bar with vitality now affecting shields? 🤔 ddf for sure

Yeah. The only difference is I’m using one bloodthirsty and two sharpened, which together should account for about 300wp. Double checked that I saved CP, weights are the same. Somehow I’m missing about 400wp

​@@Nyce-Gaming Made this build last night. Necro used to be my main, so it's fun going back. I was playing around with some of the flex skills. I definitely think I like deaden pain more than coil, but it is situational. I was also playing around with using weapon power potions (for crit and weapon DMG), swapping out blade cloak with channeled acceleration, and instead of using degen I used whirling blades as an execute. A lot of ways to play this. Preeshiate you getting me back on my cro. Looking forward to the next one!

Serpent mundus for stam recovery. Degen kinda mandatory and an early unlock for mages guild. Or else you’ll rely on pots or hidden blade of dw for brutality
