Darrell Hammond has done a great impression of Trump since 90's. Since he took over Dom Pardo's job it makes sense for him to appear regularly to camio a skit. Baldwin definitely does a great Trump and SNL assumed that would fade after election and they had a cast member geared to play HRC awhile. Life didnt go as they projected, so they going to have to get creative again, which is a good thing. A challenge is that political skits are usually opens and Darrel Hammond's job is to live launch the show.

You don't see the fact that most people in the U.S. who work on farms are immigrants. You don't see that without these immigrants, there will be very few people in the U.S. who will opt to fulfill these positions. And yes, the issues develop beyond the issue of immigration and into many other aspects. His plan to establish trickle-down economics will be a disaster for the middle class. By limiting how much the 1% have to lay in tax, you would be losing a large portion of the funding of the federal government, so then the government would lack the necessary funding to supply those in need with whatever it is that the request to survive. These issues also extend out of our domestic environment, and overseas. He said that he will attempt to establish a good relationship with Putin and Russia, be tough on China, and be tough on China. While all his stances have their benefits, they do not outweigh the costs to the american people

If the electoral college didn't exist, many areas throughout the United States would hold no importance in national elections (The US is a large landmass with the 3rd largest population on the planet). California, New York, and Texas would decide every president. Ohio, Tennessee, Kansas.......not one of them would matter one bit. Honestly, no offense, but those who don't understand why we don't use direct democracy are simply too lazy to do a bit of research or too unintelligent to understand. The United Sates has never been a direct democracy and never will be. Besides, Trump won the electoral college in a landslide victory (anything over 300 votes is a landslide and he got 306.....that's a SMASHING victory). His campaign was designed to do just that. If the aim was to win the popular vote, his campaign would have been designed differently and he most likely would have won that as well.
