When using three phase- Just connect all the three phases to phase failure L1 L2 L3 and the neutral When using single phase- connect live wire to P and then you bridge or short or loop P to any of the three phase terminal, it can be P- L1,P -L3 or P-L2. and of coarse the neutral.
