fanatastic i just fixed my bike. thankyou so much, my throttle was always on, well full throttle when turned on. the hall sensor was not aligned with the magnet which you explained so clearly i was able to fix it. i am 68 yo and inspired with confidence

Be careful the sensors I have seen are hot glued in . and melt in the warm weather. Can they be that stupid or is it sabattoge ?

three main wires connect to controller; two secondary wires supply power to unlock controller which then regulates voltage to throttle (0.8v - 5v). simplified answer; hope this helps. /bklyn 👑

She has now ridden the bike two times and gives it a 10 and says it is very fun. We have some hills in our town that are very challenging to climb on a typical bike. But tonight she went up with the pedal assist and loved it. I was way behind on my standard bike, huffing and puffing. Now she is no longer lagging behind me. This thing is powerful enough that a person could go around town without any pedaling. She likes to get some exercise so on flat ground she hits the red button to turn off pedal assist and only uses the twist throttle when she's in a tough spot. The bike looks good. It is really a very nice bike for the friend. Now for me, when I get an electric bike, I'm twice her size and will be looking for a bigger watt motor and battery. But this one is just wonderful for my friend. I am happy with this purchase.

Eithrr It will run on a fix speed without any possible way to control the speed , which is very dangerous. Or It may possible it won't work at all.

To test the controler if the problem is the throttle my friend some buy a replacement for the throttle with out thinking that we can test the controler throttle before we buy a replacement. If we short the green wire and the red wire and still not working thats the time the problem is the controler. Thank you

We have a electric scooter giving top speed of 50 km/hr. My father is a elderly person an scares to drive it as it has very high pickup. Can we decrease the pickup by placing a proper valued resistor in series with the green wire of the throttle? Please guide us. The scooter has 72V battery and the throttle has High-Low switch. But the switch only reduces the top speed from 50 to 45 km/hr.

You can reduce speed by using potentiometer knob which will not allow full voltage to pass through it and throttle will get specific voltage which you have adjusted on knob, for example if you put knob at 50% , at full throttle it will get only half of the full value . So speed will not go above 22-25. You can adjust it by rotating knob at 60,70,80 percent as per requirement

Controller is short or throttle is short. Try without connecting throttle. Also check self study wires need to ne disconnected.
