I've been watching these videos for a while, but english isn't my native tongue. Now, the videos are being uploaded with audio in Spanish. I think it's a very good help for Spanish speakers who do not know English, so Thank u Mr P. ¡Gracias!

Thank you for continuing to make these videos! My Physics teacher loves to incorporate your videos into his classes. He calls info like the stuff you put out the "green grass," and that we have to eat it if we're hungry enough (to do well in his class ;) )

You are absolutely welcome. I hope you graze enough!

This was very helpful for me, I appreciate all the hard work that you're putting into these videos. Shared this with my whole class, we're all aiming for that 5 :)

Thank you so much for this video.can I ask a question Is Fe in the Electric field equation a vector or we are considering its magnitude only?
@kellyhighmore29824 ай бұрын
Thank you, Mr.P, your videos are always extremely helpful. At 1:55 I don't see how the electric field and the electrostatic force are opposite in direction since when the point charge(q) is negative then it should also be negative in the electrostatic force equation(kQq/r^2) which makes the electrostatic force negative and a negative divided by a negative is positive(-Fe/-q) which makes the electric field and Fe in the same direction.i know that's not correct but why did not we consider the point charge to be also negative in the electrostatic force equation??
@FlippingPhysics4 ай бұрын
I think you are confusing the equation for the electric force which exists between any two objects with charge: F_e = (kQq/r^2) and the equation for the electric force acting on an object in an electric field: F_e = qE. Here you need to use F_e = qE. Because the charge is negative, the electric force, F_e, is opposite the direction of the electric field, E.

WTF!! If this is the best video i've ever seen and this guys says it is terrible. In this case i have to argue that the subjectivity quality of Flipping Physics videos are not up for discutions LOL
