Only about 2 weeks after Kasso's suicide, I wound up at a summer camp out on eastern Long Island with 4 guys who lived in Northport and knew Ricky, Jimmy, and Gary. They said Ricky had been really crazy since he was in middle school and drugs had messed he and Jimmy up real bad!

1984 a sheet of Acid was less than a Hundred bucks. I could travel from show to show. The Satanic Panic with Mayhem and the Church burnings put a target on many of us who liked bands like Venom. It drove the Acid culture deep into the forest to find old abandon buildings to party in. Lots of pretend Satan worshippers.

Didn’t make your ‘god’ save him though, did it? Wonder why that is 🙄 Imagine commenting on a story about a kid being murdered just to make it all about your childish religion. Instead of asking “why did my god not protect this kid, if he’s supposedly a benevolent god”, your only comment it “oh well, he’s dead but at least he didn’t say what the killer wanted him to say just to potentially not get killed - that puts ME at ease, since I’m religious and surely everyone must believe in what I believe and my beliefs are proven to be true.” Really, what puts YOU and your religion at ease is what matters most - never mind that a kid was murdered. And if your god punished someone just for saying what a murderer wanted him to say just to try to stay alive, then congrats, you’re an idiot who can’t even tell the difference between worshipping a malevolent god or a benevolent one. Your god is no more benevolent than Satan, if he does that. Especially not since he supposedly gave people free will to use it and then flooded the whole earth and killed every living thing on it just cause they did use it 🤡 JFC, you religious idiots have no self awareness or moral compass whatsoever.
