i have no objection to the term dry needling to differentiate trigger point acupuncture from channel based acupuncture, or to differentiate a style of anatomically based acupuncture....or to enable PTs to circumvent laws that prevent them from calling what they do acupuncture without acu schoo.....but, to be fair, every point you are doing here has name in Chinese , because they are al standard acupouncture points channel or meridian acupuncture points for knee arthritis everryone learns in school. and doing electrical stim here was pioneered by the chinese in the 1950s, all acus learn this too..so this specific case is not particualrly different than any acupuncture ....

Bull shit. The maximal point of electrical conduction is at the motor point. The motor point is generally located at the belly of the muscle. The needle placement is hapharzard at best and wrong at the least. There is also no needling in this video
