Actually the AHD Power supply has separete power outputs to each cam, the wire of the DVR power supply should have different color from black the same color used to video imput from cam into dvr

Heard theres a cctv that can detect a motion then it will immediately alert your phone I dont know maybe you will receive a sms notification pretty good actually when your not at home. I was wondering the router must be turned on to be able to receive that notification? enlighten me please how does that work. thanks

@@bivorsingh8841 The router gives internet access to the dvr. This lets you monitor on any laptop/desktop on your network, and/or on your smart phone, even away from home. Camera and dvr will work just fine without internet, but can only be monitored a screen connected to your dvr.
