OLA seems to be in trouble, their CTO and CMO have stepped down just a few days back. There is no stability at the top for that company. Guessing their days might be numbered.

It might be too early to conclude, as there is still a chance for them to recover if they focus on improving their customer experience and service quality. We have been emphasizing this since day one in our reviews of Ola vehicles. Unfortunately, their primary focus seems to be on sales, with much less attention given to product quality and customer service. This imbalance is the key reason they find themselves in this situation. Had they prioritized product quality and service alongside sales, their foundations would have been much stronger, giving them a better chance of long-term success.
