Electro-Harmonix Micro Metal Muff Distortion Guitar Pedal Demo

My mood has been metal! Checking out the second of 3 metal pedals I ordered on eBay. This is the EHX Micro Metal Muff. Bought this used for $35 plus tax. Sounds pretty chuggy.

Sounds alot better going through the effect loop 🙂 or if you just turn the distortion down and use the amps distortion get some good lead tones and rhythm

Are they supposed to sound so crackly? As if that’s distortion??? Like when I put the distortion all the way up it just buzzed the sound in and out like the bass is too high, is my pedal defective? I did get it used from reverbnation and In not very pleased
