If you watch this video fully it will save you a door lock . If you didn’t watch it fully you probably will break a lock before you find a loose connection 😂

taking notes while watching. to enter diagnostic mode: 1. power off, 2. power on, ensure cycle is set to normal, quickly press start, cancel, power off. 3. power on, within 5 sec press temp and select together and hold. 4. once entered diagnostic mode, spin knob, stop at '01, should show an error code.

now you could of used a zip tie / also called a wire tie around that plug connector to try to hold it down... i have seen many washers with a zip tie on large plug connectors from the factory... so it is a factory thing not a jerry-rigged or a crude or improvised manner... this will keep the connector tight... but pulling on the door handle can brake it off or crack it and it also can bend the front panel out which can be a bad thing you did pull on it excessively hard. a customer might complain about that...
