Hey Blake. Have you ever needed to change rollers on this dryer platform? Not easy.

Does the washer have a direct drive motor or is it a belt? I know the dryer has a belt but I'm wondering about the washer. Thanks

I just installed mine about a week ago and it’s been great. However, I don’t recall opening it up and taking out the styrofoam thing. I’m guessing I should probably do that?

so the difference between stackable series 6 and a tower is just the size ?

I previously had an LG that had a front filter to clean out. My Electrolux tower was delivered last week. I have been searching for the drain clean out? Does it have one?

Yes! Where is the CLEAN OUT???
@foodiegal99232 ай бұрын
I’ve had mine for 6 months. I already have an issue with draining. On occasion, it will not drain all the way (at the end of the spin cycle). Did some research and was told there could be a clog and it should be cleaned out. I saw one video that showed the clean out on the back of the machine, bottom left. I can’t find the video but I need step by step instructions on how to get to it. FYI- I called warranty to have it serviced and the technician said these machines were new to him, he wasn’t even sure how to address my drainage issue.

There's no filter. You get in from the back and remove the drain hose attached to the drum. It has a large plastic cage in the hose to block big things going through.

I’m confused. You say it’s “a miniaturized version” of the front loading washer and dryers. But they have the same exterior dimensions as buying separate with a stack kit and also have the same washer and dryer cubic footage (4.5’ and 8’ respectively).

What is the capacity of the washer and dryer in this video

Hi, we bought a scratch and dent unit that was supposedly tested as working, but the dryer doesn’t appear to be getting any power or at least anyway it won’t turn on. Do you have any suggestions for us to try?
@richardmckrell4899Ай бұрын
The width and depth of the washtower are the same as the separate units 27" & 32". Does not seem like it saves any space. Can't you just stack the separate units?

What are your thoughts on the Electrolux heat pump dryers?
@MadLadsAnonymous6 ай бұрын
Which ones? We have a compact heat pump dryer, but hoping for a full size option soon.

thank you for the review. I am debating between this and a) getting a separate washer and dryer Electrolux 600 series OR b) LG washtower WKEX200. what are your thoughts on this?

Dryer just gave out and am making the same consideration.

Get the LG. More reliable overall and most importantly, pump filter access. Electrolux lacks it. Meaning if a sock or some coins get lost… yikes.
@jeffgoughАй бұрын
I have the same question. Is there really any benefit with these washtowers (all-in-one) vs buying the separate washer and dryer with a stack kit? Are they more stable because of their connection?

@@Ikey04-ge9gy I had my LG washtower for 3 years and i was just told the repair it needs is going to cost me 1600 to fix. would not recomend

Hello Steve i have an Electrolux Front Load Washer model EFLS627UTT0 which earlier this week, I went to run the clean cycle and came back 20min later to see that nothing had initiated as the cleaning tablet was still dry in the tub. Needless to say I ran the diagnostics and an E57 error came up. I called a service technician that suggested its motor related and to contact Electrolux to inquire about their 10yr warranty on the motor. Now I saw another KZbin video that suggested E57 could require a new "Motor Board" vs a new motor etc. Do you have any experience troubleshooting E57? I have a couple of certified Electrolux technicians coming next Tuesday to diagnose and then tell me the cost to fix with whatever the issue is. Had to pay for 2 techs because of the stack of the dryer on top. I live in a condo and the units are in a laundry closet. Would be interested to hear from you if you have experience with E57 to resolve.

WHERE IS THE WASHER CLEAN-OUT??? Please show how you clean it.
@BoulevardHome3 ай бұрын
This machine does not include a clean-out. In face most electrolux front loads don't have one. That is one if the biggest draw backs.

The two screws that he showed removing on the front of dryer after opening the dryer door does not disconnect the front of the dryer. He must have done something else.
@charlesreitsma42332 ай бұрын
Those are all the screws. You have to lift it fa bit to release it from the pins.
@Ikey04-ge9gy4 ай бұрын
These seem nice but compared to the LG it seems a little less service friendly. Especially the lack of a pump filter.
