HERE ARE THE FAQ's (in case anyone needs it!) - How to avoid the 30 minute wait time / why the Black Market is no longer there? There is a 30-minute (actual game time) cooldown, you can avoid this by staying on the map, and then it will change every 20 minutes or so like a normal vending machine (and it is in sync with them, so you can check the time until the contents change in any other vendors). But to make this faster you could use read only farming on PC (and console kind of), but there are actually easier methods using multiplayer: 👉ULTIMATE BLACK MARKET FARM: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y2PXmaSVjtSJlbM - Guns aren't on Level? Significantly lower level than you are? It's likely you don't have Mayhem Mode active! It's seriously hard to beat a Re-Volter shield with an On Action Skill Start anointment for its extra shock damage. You should be able to farm it from Sumo in Eschaton Row NOTE: it's a DLC shield!

How come when he goes to the vending machine the guns cost 500K, when I go to the machine they are 14 million???

That's the normal price, i.e. selling, not the purchase price in the Black Market. But you can get the litteral max money (breaking the money limit and reaching $0 again) in less than 10 minutes or so

My black market vendor’s gone now…..i literally only found out about this machine the other day when came across it for the first time……luckily i got some good shit from it before it fucked off to god knows where……will it appear somewhere else in the galaxy???……I’m not sure how it works with this vendor but i want more guns from it 😂
