I've played a lot of tri elehit and the biggest downside was having to cycle elements with interrogation. Only like 15 ppl per league maybe played that so people don't realize how busted getting that + flat damage from bows is for ehit.

You're way slower & do half the damage on Slayer. This variant has instant-leech so overleech won't do much.

ive crushed some numbers and so far it doesnt seem to be much worse in terms of dmg. swapped amulet to yoke of suffering (+50% more dmg multiplier because of 5 ailments) because i got a better cull on slayer, but had to get some accuracy elsewhere. and swapped the critbow to a more potent attackspeed bow because slayer can get 8% critchance flat on weapons.@@gehirndoper

Both (gem level and flat dmg) are solid choices. Flat dmg has a higher ceiling since there is less options to get gem level. Still, a +3 gem level plus veiled 16% penetration bow would be just slightly worse than a triple T1 flat dmg bow. In short, yes, because new EH is the same as old EH, you shouldn't bother with the new gem and just stick to the old one.

The gem has a base damage of 699 not 1k but yes, gem level scaling isn't a good option however. You want to scale %increases and penetration initialy. Once you have a T1 elemental bow you should swap over to TS, IS or LA once again.

The damage is inflated by approx. 8% (Manaforged - EH doesn't apply that extra 39%) :) . In this POB setup Accuracy Mastery doesn't do anything, sure good at leveling..

It was definitely quite garbage when I tried it on LA and manaforged frenzy. There is a chance that the RoA makes it playable but idk... Edit - just tested it ingame and the uptime of adrenaline is abysmal in both mapping and bossing...

Yoke of suffering is literally monsters take 50% increased damage with the max roll, surely that's better than hyrris, especially if you are coping wander version.

You can also add puncture with poison support on a manaforged setup for 2 more ailments for a grand total of 70% increased dmg taken (+15% from skitterbot shocks). You will also get 15% more dmg per ailment on the enemy from the gem itself (so 105% more dmg). Yoke won't be league starter viable but should be optainable within the first 3 days after launch.
