In this video I show you how to correct Nasolabial Folds on the Face. Nasolabial folds are the deep lines/grooves that run from the nostril down to the mouth corners and they can deepen as we age.
The key to keeping the nasolabial folds at bay is to work on lifting the cheeks muscles to make sure they help to prevent the cheeks sliding and collecting at the lines. We will strengthen the muscles of the mid and upper cheeks, Zygomaticus & LevatorLabii and also low cheek - Buccinator.
PLUS THE EYE MUSCLES - we’ll strengthen the low part of the Orbicularis Oculis to give extra boost and support working alongside the cheeks.
