Please what’s the difference between this and the exercises you posted before to lift droopy eyes? And if one eye is droopier than the other (can’t tell if it’s from a droopy eyelid or droopy eyebrow, both are uneven), do I exercise both eyes or only the smaller eye until they become even and then eventually exercise both but only once they’ve evened out please? 🙏🏼

Thanks for your question 🌸I have several videos on eyes and upper eyelids, each presenting a slightly different routine but essentially all there to achieve the result of lifting the upper eyelid space, you can choose one of these and work through it with consistency and regularity. I'd suggest doing both eyes evenly and eventually they should even out by themselves. If the eyebrows are uneven, you can also do the asymmetrical eyebrow video in addition to this, to bring more balance to the upper face. Hope it makes sense!💆♀

hi Polina, when I engage the muscle can I hold for more than 10 seconds I mean 30 seconds each time? will it be harmful or not? plz reply. I,m 60+ woman & have deep marionate lines. You look amazing at your age.

Thanks for your question🌸 it will not be harmful if you were to hold for 30 seconds, as long as your technique is good and you're not overcompensating somewhere else and tensing there. You might like to check out my other video specifically on Marionette lines 😀💆♀

If you're concerned and it makes you anxious, then you can choose to omit this practice. There's nothing here that will make the face more asymmetrical, so you should be able to practice this safely and bring eyebrows to more symmetry🌸

Absolutely not, there should never be so much pressure as to create bruises! there's mild redness that comes up with using Gua Sha on the face which should subside after you're done massaging. Hope this helps!🌸

Definitely you can rotate the exercises, but first of all choose what areas you need to work on and then find the exercises for those areas and do them consistently over a few weeks to see change. I recommend doing a set of toning exercises once a day and also massage perhaps in the evening every other day (or daily if you choose). doing strengthening exercises more than once a day and for long periods of time is counterproductive as it can make the face more tense and lead to more ageing, so healthy balance is everything !🌷💆♀

The exercises here should not engage the eyes at all, as we are engaging the cheek muscles. You can always apply extra moisturiser around the eyes if you're worried about the lines created during the exercises. Remembering that the eye wrinkles are created mainly due to tension, unconscious squinting and inadequate eye skincare, whereas the exercises here provide a controlled conscious engagement of the cheek muscles, not the eye muscles.
