That first one was disturbing and especially the fact that the manager made an 8 year old to out into the mall with the gunman and there was a ROW OF ABANDONED BABIES IN THEIR STROLLERS when she finally came out! It's not just the gunman. People in general are changing. Human compassion is going the way of the Dodo. I'm seeing it everywhere.

I'm glad someone said this. I was looking for this comment. As a mother, that story ripped me to pieces. Children should always be protected first. I would've disobeyed my asshole manager and let the little boy stay and kept him safe by my side. And WTF kind of parents would leave their babies behind?! They belong in prison with the gunman! My jaw dropped in disbelief and hearbreak when I heard that part of the story. I can't even imagine leaving my daughter behind to save myself. I'd only be thinking of HER safety in those moments. I feel so sad too for the victims, especially the 13-year-old boy and pregnant woman. I can't believe all those people trampled that poor woman. The entire shooting story sickened me. Some of those people in the mall sound as bad as the gunman, I swear.
@samibrooks72075 жыл бұрын
@@lordbronn595 I completely disagree. I would be fine giving up my life for a small child's. To each their own, but when it comes to kids, I will try my best to protect them. My toddler probably wouldn't be quiet in this situation, and there is no way in Hell I would leave him alone.

Story 1 wound me up. Sure the bad kid did something bad. Fair enough. Kids are kids, and apparently this one also had behavioural issues. But mum threatening legal action, threatening to go to the press, having the kid expelled and THEN having the kid taken away from his hobby/pastime because she's the moral guardian of what people should be allowed to do. This is like an M Night Shayamalan movie twist. Turns out that the MUM is the real monster here !!!
@scaryomelette3535 жыл бұрын
Shanghaimartin wrong yes however kinda bs that the kid got kicked out of the karate class
@alexya.5 жыл бұрын
Disagree because the kid could end up having more behavior problems and could hurt someone worse so she was trying to protect everyone
@Shanghaimartin5 жыл бұрын
@Alexya If the kid was really that bad, then the karate instructor would have noticed and taken action about it if the kid was too unruly. I'm no behavioural scientist, but, maybe karate WAS the kid's therapy and allowed him to try and learn discipline and control? Maybe that mum should have minded her own god damn business instead of forcing her own kid in (who then left anyway) and the other kid out? :(
@That0neChanne15 жыл бұрын
tg. im glad someone else feels the way i do. I understand her child's life was threatened but to cause that many problems for a kid with clear issues already is upsetting. Then intervening to have a 9 year old removed from a karate class that YOU chose to go to is prettty low. Not only was he removed from his school but now his personal hobby as well. Who knows maybe that was the one thing in life he enjoyed since it seems he didnt have a supportive family back home (sorry for the grammar). But to the 1st author. Your mom's a bitch.
@DestinysPookie5 жыл бұрын
I feel the same way. I work with kids with behavioral issues (kids who need some intervention like medication) and the kid cant help it. They need some type of intervention i.e proper medication. But that is all up to the parent.

here's a story of my own keep in mind i'm terrible at telling stories, this was around 3 or 4 years ago i think i was 8 my cousin was visiting me and my sisters and brother she was 4 i think, all of us were talking and then the power went out this was normal since we live in a old house none of us were that scared until we looked outside and saw red lights in the sky, i was getting pretty scared but all of our parents were joking around, we could hear stuff outside, i was trying to keep my little sister and cousin calm while having a mini panic attack on the inside, nothing really happened other then the red and blue lights in the sky terrifying me on the inside, my cousin and her aunt stayed the night and the power came back in the morning but the whole night something felt off.

Story 7 broke my heart...alcohol does the absolute worst thing to some people, literally turns them into abusive monsters. The dad's mom couldn't even stand his drunk ass, as she left her house when he came over. I'm really glad it ended in him feeling really horrible and apologizing to the son. It makes me really sad for the kids for whom this is a "normal" occurrence in their lives :(

The story about the creepy guy in Greece reminds me about something that happened to me when I was 17. My mom and I were on vacation in Turkey, we were staying at this huge hotel complex. I noticed a man looking at me every now and then, at the beach, the pool, the lobby... I didn’t think much of it at first because I tend to be a bit naive and think the best of people, especially when I was that young. After a few days there, after we had dinner in the evening, he approached me when my mom was in the bathroom and I was waiting alone outside. He started talking to me in pretty broken English, he asked where I was from, told me how pretty I was, and said that he was a photographer and wanted to take some bikini pictures of me at the beach. It was totally dark outside right then. I started feeling really creeped out, but it’s always been hard for me to say no since I’m so afraid of conflicts. Thankfully my mom came back when he was trying to convince me to let him photograph me. She asked what he was doing, told him I was only 17, and told him to leave me alone or she’d tell the hotel security. I didn’t see him again after that. I’m so glad my mom shut down whatever he was planning for me, I’m sure it wasn’t anything good.

I have alot to say about the first story: 1. I really feel like the mom should have went on with the lawsuit 2. The mother of the boy who tried to hurt the girl should have never taken her anger out on the girl when CLEARLY HER CHILD WAS IN THE WRONG 3. Putting the boy in karate was RIDICULOUS and should have been something not in consideration 4. The school should have had more safety rules implied to prevent situations like this 5. I really feel like the boy needs mental health professionals to take care of her cuz clearly he was mentally unstable..(now I truly do not believe all mentally challenged people can get violent and aggressive but for the ones who do get physical like that they really shouldn't be around other students)

I don’t maybe it’s jus me that feels this way but I think the first story her mom went overboard. Yes the boy was hella wrong but damn they’re kids. To go to the news and beyond is crazy. I have a daughter and would do anything to protect her but I also know sometimes kids will be kids and some kids need love. I rather have a real genuine talk with the kid and try to teach them something. But to jus basically shun the kid and tell everyone who will listen that the kid is evil is fucjed up in my opinion. How is that child supposed to learn? So the kid grows up with everyone telling him no u can’t come here no more or no you can’t play with him cuz he was on the news and so on. He’s gonna grow up to be worse. She really seems like a helicopter mom. I feel sorry for that kid that couldn’t do karate or tae kwon do bc this parent just went and told everyone that he’s a menace and who knows maybe he’s been dreaming of always wanting to go but now he’s banned. People really need to stop thinking with negativity or hate and try teaching lessons with more love. I believe that boy really needed love at that time!
