@@jasonjamrs7413 The Gift of Fear is a book that illustrates that very well. Also, humans don't realize that we have a superpower/spidey sense in that we can sense when things are off. Story 6: what you experienced can be either you mid-drifting into REM sleep suddenly (which i caught myself doing a lot) or being exposed to something else going on in your soul. Basically when you sleep, your carnal sense are shut off ... so... it's 50/50. I'm no stranger to this ( i have episodes weekly on average), but it's nothing too dangerous. The worst you can get is a bad case of vertigo or a surreality. However, I advise to be vigilant and don't get cocky with this new found aspect; just a simply weird "muscle" that can and should be exercised in a healthy way. Even though i have dealt with this since childhood, i am NO expert. I am still learning, but hopefully this gets some weight off your shoulders. Story 9: Ironically, according to Judaism, water is *usually* symbolic of the abyss or hell, & oil represents light (empathy), the anointing of God. Perhaps that's why the haunted was freaking out... I don't know... but don't take my words as gospel, please... I'm still learning. Just put pin on it.
