wow, super sorry to hear people are having these issues currently... i imagine a lot of this is out of their hands as cyber-attacks are too common nowadays, and of course, teams like this are too small to deal with such massive (then multiplying) problems, but for sure... communication is key when the avalanche affects artists and their support base. sucks for people to feel they're taking advantage or not stepping up. but really want to share, i used QRATES two separate times, both successfully received and distributed to my community (*especially the postage rates - you can't beat - where UK to N.A. is typically 20/30, EU 10/15 - the bulk for these guys was all of 3/4 quid on the one continent! anyhow, i found your video looking for answers after seeing the site/service is down at the moment. super sad as i was planning a 3rd run! but i'm hoping (and hopeful!!) that this massive back log will eventually iron out. crowdsource sites are a beast, your work, time, money, goals, promo, and turn-around... the companies that juggle it all and only charge 5% are incredible... i've run 7 indiegogo campaigns and i count on it as an artist. i empathize and feel your frustration, knowing the music was already a labour of love to complete at all. so i'm wishing everyone luck and patience waiting it out. And to think I was pissed off when we received our CDs and found a typo in the digital title of the last track - a letter that should have been a capital but was lower case. Small potatoes compared to your dramas, JT. Best wishes for Christmas and the new year.

That's horrible. I love Elements and knowing that you were trying to get it pressed on vinyl, but had this happen is gutting. Please take your time and let us know when it'll be available. I'm sure that everyone else, like myself, will happily wait until you can get them pressed with another company.

I really feel your frustration JT. I’ve done 200+ album productions over the years. With CDs I’ve had major issues only once or twice but with vinyl there’s one problem or another roughly 50% of the time. But if there is, open communication with the factory is the key thing, I agree with you on that. If you don’t get information about what’s going on, it can drive you nuts.

Just wanted to say that while this all sucks and Qrates have let you down massively, my year has been made so much better with the Pink Floyd reviews and they have kept me entertained and they are just brilliant, it was great hearing your thoughts and I agree with a lot of them! Take a well-earned break for Christmas, you deserve it :))

Hello, I saw your video about Qrates and I've been trying to gain clarity about the situation after having been harassed by their team. I'm seeing plenty of threads now and I feel the need to speak out. I have months of lies screenshotted. Those guys belong to the trash.

@@asia_gflip call up your credit card company and tell them to refund your money. Document all messages with Qrates. Use this video as evidence of their incompetence.
