Strokes are such good cool unique music but I don't think what most realize is how fun these songs are to play as a band, if you can find a group capable enough. The interlocking guitar parts

I hate how in most bands, The singer is in the front of all pictures and gets all the fame! But luckily, In The Strokes, They're always in different positions. Even besides that, Their music is amazing! Which makes The Strokes... Perfect? I think so.

@matthewthecoolkid Selling out? In interviews, Julian said that being in a band, there are strict standards that need to pass ALL members to reach a whole understanding. Of course he'd want to do a solo project, something of his, all him. People change and grow, as do their tastes in music, which inspires them. As time passes, people and music go in different directions. Still good, but different. They're aren't who they were ten years ago, so why should their music be the same?

For everybody saying phrazes was NOT a sellout album is wrong. Julian said it himself, he regrets making the album because he was, at the time, more worried about popularity than with what he really "wanted" to make. Why do you think it's his most pop-sounding album, by far?

@JaAmber03 you think? Fab is gorgeous in pretty much every picture (at least of those I've seen which is plenty) and in the 12:51 and last nite mvs as well. You'll be changing just for me Your screaming says that I'm The one in looking out (yours?)
