I’ve been following you for 3 months now and I came across this ab workout. This is the hardest Pilates ab workout I’ve ever done.. that’s saying something as I’ve been practicing Pilates for 5 years! It beat me...! Well done Hannah 😘 xx

Wow that was tough. It felt like torture and each round seemed to never end😭😂. Loved it though, but it'll be awhile before I do this one again. I've done most of your workouts, you've never whipped my butt like this before! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

i didnt like this workout...the first two exercises are putting so much pressure on lower back...intense doesnt mean that one's lower back goes for a toss... there are no warm ups and no cool downs, i had to pause so many times in between coz i was getting so tired doing so many repititions...i have been doing your intense workouts but this is really not a good workout...i didn't feel good after doing this.

Hi Sonia, this workout is for advance - intermediate level. Please make sure you complete the workouts for beginners first or do it with your own pace, until your strength is built up. Hope it helps.
