Natasha, I just had your burger 🍔 And all I can say is OMG!! Sooo delicious. I never heard of adding a little bit of mustard mixed with mayo and place a dab under your burger while cooking. The best way to set things up for your smash burgers is to have a long table setup empty plates then a platter with the toasted buns then a bowl with the sauce then a topping tray then the burgars off the grittle then your French fries and corn on the cob. Two tables flanking the grittle.
