danke kaelash and john! i dream of coming here one day. i learned something new: soak+blend chia/flax. i grind them in a coffee grinder every morning fresh then mix into oatmeal or a salad dressing and consume right away. i thought that was optimal for absorption. glad to have learned a better way!

Fabulous program. Thank you. Question - what is your take on oxalates ? So much is coming out recently and they are focused on not eating plant foods. I get that almonds are high and I avoid them, spinach too, however I have to wonder if how you eat them - living, raw, or cooked and salted make the difference. Appreciate your thoughts.

I would be cautios. A Lot of People get their Kidney Problems and Stones from ingesting „healthy raw Smoothies“ with kale/Greens. Or eating a Lot of „healthy nuts“. If i could Make oxalates dissappear, i would. But Thats the Reality

Great to know that you can blend chia seeds rather than grind them. Ground chia seeds are awful, like cement. But I’ll try sprouting and blending. So if we simply soak them like for a chia pudding, do we not absorb any of the omega 3’s?
@yougkuan9198
@yougkuan9198 11 ай бұрын
Your chances of assimilating the omega 3s from these seeds is extremely low unfortunately... Has to do with the presence of the many anti-nutrients and oxalates and can cause extreme deficiencies. Do your own research. Blessings and good luck ; D
