Great interview. I am a black woman and vegan for 14+ years at currently age 57- 1/2. I have been running as a vegan during that whole time doing 26.2 marathons, half marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks and my body had no injuries with fast recoveries after each race. I run to see what I can do for my age as a vegan and I love it. No medications ever in my life and I just signed up for my first 50 mile ultramarathon still as a vegan 😊 Veganism is good for our temple mentally, physically, and spiritually 😊

Dr. Spirit is the bomb!! Two of the documentary that she mentioned, 1- Exterminate All The Brutes by Raoul Peck and 2- Reconstruction: America after the Civil War, done by PBS. Doc #1 came out on HBO I believe and #2 can be found on KZbin still. The third documentary not sure about that one (or if she mentioned the third one). She did mention something about the fall of America. There is something done by Elijah Muhammad called" The Fall of America" but not sure if that's what the Dr. was referring to. Dr. Spirit is the bomb!! Here are the documentary titles that I heard. She said there were three but I believe she only mentioned two but I will give my option of what the third one might be.
