Jeff is a senior at Yale double majoring in Computer Science and East Asian Studies with a concentration on China. His college admissions essay was featured in the New York Times, and he specializes in essay writing, college admissions strategy, and life coaching. He has served as a Student Ambassador to the Yale Admissions Office, written extensively about college admissions on Quora and has taught courses on motivation, passion, and leadership while sponsored by the US Embassy in Tokyo.

I have been struggling with the overall connections to my essay, but this video helped guide me in a better direction. The spike ball essay managed to find a connection between two seemingly unrelated topics, which I seek to do through spice tolerance and volunteering. Also, the problem-to-solution ratio is a stand-out lesson, as most of my first draft was just a rant on problems. It was a super helpful video as always!

I just wanted to say that I personally have learned pretty much everything regarding essays with the help of your channel. right?? everything I've learned about essays that were actually super helpful was all from this one channel. I knew from the first video I watched here that this wasn't just another college youtuber, and now I'm always one of the first people to watch whenever he uploads lmao.
