I was there recently...back on Victoria Day weekend 2023!

We where there during the height of the pandemic back in 2020... They where trying to (reopen) Niagara Falls for tourists... There was barely anyone there. I went with my family and we had everything to ourselves ! We where the only family in the Skylon Tower the day we went. Hard to believe right ? Only downer was some of the things there where closed... That Arcade was closed when we went.
