It's nice that Hellyeah is at least showing more of their influences from Mudvayne and Pantera with their later works. Not only does it sound better, it also pays a lot of respect to those two bands. I just wish they'd also bring back some of the country sounds they had in their first couple of albums. I just love hearing country and brutal metal mix.

I can hear mudvayne on any hellyeah album. It always shows its face in one extent or another. You can't take that legendary voice away. I have always heard it.

They've kinda been bringing in some Mudvayne and Pantera influences, which I dig. Respecting their roots. I just wish Hellyeah would also go back to the more country sound they had. Really defined them, IMO.

Been following Chad thru Mudvayne days to the Hellyeah Days. Been backstage many times, seen band many times. Met Chad at local part repair shop in San Tan Valley, AZ. Cant wait for band to come back with a show. Will be there for sure. Going to miss Vinnie RIP. Hope band finds a worthy replacement and continue into the future with more kick ass songs. I can really relate to a quite a few of the songs.
