I think it's the food. If you aren't used to eating that food it will jack you up. Escpecially Palo. Rich Dairy and the cooking on the Ship. I bet ya that's the issue!

Kyle- You should do a Super Bowl Cruise. That is so much fun. I went on Royal Carribean and they played it in a few different locations on the ship and it was awesome.

Just a tip…coffee, drinking on an empty stomach, spicey food, and popcorn, eating late and going to bed early all are not good for stomach issues🤷🏻‍♀️

Surprise, surprise…..I laughed out loud when you said that LOL Travel tip from a middle aged woman (and everyone knows in the event of emergency, we’re the ones with everything you’d need in our purses/backpacks)…pack a little pharmacopeia bag with Imodium, alka seltzer, headache medicine of your choice (correct answer is Excedrin),Bonine for seasickness, bandaids, Gas-X) If you pack it, you’re less likely to ever need it. Fun video.

Hey man, when you get back from the cruise, you and Casey should definitely do the 3-Day Bone Broth Fast. I saw on one of your videos that you brought it up, and you should totally do it. I’ve done it twice in the past year and lost 50 pounds. It’s been a game changer for my gut health and immune system. I always bring a med bag on the ship, full of cold, COVID, tummy meds etc. husband made fun of me until he ended up with a touch of stomach bug and needed the pepto bad 😅

Honestly, for the money, I would not want to do a Disney cruise with it being so loud. The only time it's not loud is when you're in the adult areas. The volume at dinner at artist point would really annoy me. And the manners of some of the guests. If you're paying that much money I would expect some average level of manners. Honestly if I want all that noise and craziness I'd rather just go to the parks.

Wow you guys really went for jugular with the food lol 😂 the pasta dish you had is only on Dream and Fantasy. Think you have outgrown the Disney ships Kyle maybe stick with Royal you seemed bored. Not saying in a bad way but you like to stay busy and Disney is a laid back vibe more than Royal . Maybe it’s time to change . Stay with parks and/ or go overseas to the other parks. I could tell both were bored ha ha hope you feel better soon.

Tums and chalky pills (like some vitamin C tablets) are THE WORST thing if you’re susceptible to kidney stones. I had to have surgery for one a couple years ago and the urologist, my chiropractor, AND a dietician all told me to stop the chalky tablets, and increase my citrus intake. Clean kidney bill of health ever since.

Noro Virus a lot worse and disgusting. Had it. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Have had what Kyle described too. Very uncomfortable, but not serious unless constant over several days. Try decaf tea, hot water with lemon juice & or a hot damp towel over painful area. ONLY IF SURE not appendicitis. Oh and walk. As I was told: Get things moving. Eat light, don’t drink (I mean alcohol of course). Having a nurse for a sister can come in handy.

Fiber increases gas and it's usually very high carb. Even though you could subtract the fiber from the carb content, it can be problematic and the gut.

My favorite ship of the Disney cruises was the Disney wonder I miss it. I wanna go back on it. It was during December. It was kind of cold over here in Texas. We left from Galveston, Texas all the way to Cozumel. It was so much fun. I miss it. Best Christmas vacation for meand birthday cruise for my niece because she was gonna be turning 10 it was 2019 I wanna forget that.

Actually more than 15”. The Presidential Range is absolutely gorgeous. Snow covered with the last of the foliage still coloring the lower elevations. And what seems like an infestation of small sightseeing planes zipping around all weekend. Been in the low 30’s at night. Today, Monday, mid 70’s, windows open, breeze blowing, bright sunshine. Bring on the snow! ☃️
