As a kid (I watched this way to young) and now, bando has always been one my favorite characters, he is not special, he doesn't have super powers, he's just a human, with an enormous will in the face of adversity, he has major flaws but that in my mind just makes him more of a relatable character. He literally gets his limbs broken and ripped apart all throughout the series, but he still never gives up.

Actually according to manga bullet did not create split personality she herself did it because of meeting Kouta on beach. She wanted to be with him but felt that don't deserve so other personality sweet and innocent was created.
