I bought the 4K X capture card from Elgato for £229.99 But seen it for £185 on Amazon so bought that and also got the Stream Deck XL for £205 in the amazon prime sale. Just picked it up today. Will send the first capture card back to Elgato for refund. need to build new pc and get a 4k monitor next. The Stream Deck XL looks a versatile too, you used it to good effect

Hello, I have a problem that no one is talking about. I had 2 calls today with Elgato tech support and they could not help me. My setup is the Elgato Prompter, Facecam Pro 4K, Wavelink Software, Elgato Stream Deck Plus and I also used a Black edition of the Blue Yeti and downloaded OBS and nothing helped. My video looked terrible. It was as if I had AC running and I definitely did not. I also downloaded the Elgato plugin that is supposed to stop clipping and background noise and it did not help. The whole set up is counterintuitive and seems outdated and difficult to use. I would really appreciate and help and suggestions that you could give me. Thanks in advance.

I’m not really sure how to guide you as I’m having trouble understanding what the specific issues are. If you camera doesn’t look good, you’ll probably need more light. It’s through my bot which has its own currency, not the Twitch Channel Points. You can’t award Twitch channel points, unfortunately.

Really liked the ideas, very good demo. I do have a couple questions. A) Your timestamp button, is it smart or how does it work? Does it just write 0838PM to a notepad, or does it have the timestamp of the recording? B) Since you mentioned streaming and recording, do you find that impacts performance at all? I stream but I am debating starting to record everything for my blog, to pull snippets from (I find Clips to lose too much quality) and would love to just be able to freely delete stuff I don't care about.

You’re most likely capturing the wrong audio in your streaming software if what you’re hearing in your headset isn’t being captured.

It’s just a simple text command. Depending on what bot you’re using, the command will differ. It’s not the Twitch currency, in case that’s what you’re thinking. You can’t manually give out Twitch currency, unfortunately.
