In the aftermath of Old Man Henderson, a few more tidbits emerged. Sadly the full tale of Eli Burning hasn't shown up anywhere that I can find.

Unfortunately, you couldn't write a true lovecraftian story with Henderson. The closest you could get is making him a god (note: gods and elder gods are not the same thing). The whole point of a lovecraftian story is that the main character is near powerless to stop the cosmic entity. The only way they can stop it is by immeasurable luck, hoping it doesn't actually notice them, or if another eldritch entity intervenes. With Hastur, by all accounts he shouldn't have died. The way he is supposed to manifest (as I can easily recall) is via an avatar. The "physical" embodiment of Hastur is locked away in a prison on a planet in a far off nebula. That's not to say he can't be harmed, but it is unlikely that Henderson could have done any real damage to it. However, based on what I have read on lovecraftian stories, I could give credence to Henderson killing the avatar of Hastur given that the ritual was not fully completed, nor did he even have a fraction of his power. That said, even scratching a being of Hastur's ability takes God levels of power, so in the end whether he killed an avatar or the actual God, Henderson is a straight badass. Honestly, Henderson could be turned into a lovecraftian entity himself should you tweak and adjust him a bit. That, or he could be one of the forms Nyarlethotep takes on as the agent of Chaos. Tl;dr you can't tell a proper lovecraftian story of this Lebowski motherfucker, but you could theoretically turn him into a lovecraftian motherfucker.

God: I think the point is to have Henderson be something akin to a Lovecraftian god. Except he’s not actually a god. He’s Henderson, he doesn’t have to be. Instead, the characters are stuck trying to survive being caught in the crossfire of the ungodly force that is Henderson and whatever god he’s taken up beef with this time.

Dude, just play enough Call of Cthulhu with shitty DMs to warrant Henderson, conduct a seance, and start writing a old man who doesn't give a shit, and just keep going, channel your hatred of shitty DMs into it, the madness of the gods, the half crazed ramblings of having stayed up for 72+ hours writing it, Henderson will take your hand and guide it... Make sure to check whether there's anything in a language you don't speak but is written out fluently. Also, publish it as a new Backstory of Doom, then wait for others to write their own, we need 10000+ pages of this stuff...

The computer I had that shit stored on caught a Trojan Horse and bit the dust, all data lost, but back then I could only find enough information to identify the language, that looked like straight up gibberish with a peculiar if bizarre structure to it. I wish I still had it, as I've had some luck in finding information on how to translate bits and pieces. Hell, maybe it wasn't a virus. Typing things in a practically dead language that hasn't been uttered since before existence existed, probably meant I wrote something humans aren't meant to have. I know, I know, I can't prove it, so it can be reasonably be said it didn't happen.

Find a shitty DM, wait until you can't take the DM's bs anymore, and spend 48+ hours straight writing up and throwing out backstories, then spend the next day(s) writing up a Henderson. So long as you don't get any sleep until Henderson is finished, he'll manifest through you. Check for perfectly written languages that you don't speak.

Funny thing, that story is just one part of a larger PWNYverse, each involving a crossover between MLP and something else. The earliest by release was Fortresshy, and by chronology it was Order and Chaos.

Inspired, I have begun a homebrew of a monster that is a fucking nightmare to attempt to explain. To a casual observer, this thing looks like your standard run-of-the-mill western dragon. In reality, this appearance is formed in what looks a mish-mash of various marine animals, the mouth being similar to that of a Gar, while the scales are like those of a shark, and underbelly, including throat, tail, and undersized of fore and hindclaws are alike to the flesh of a squid, including tentacle sucker pads on the feet and tail. The tail has an ink-cloud gland housed inside of it. This "Dragon" has six eyes. All vital organs are housed in a egg-shaped chamber in the chest area, formed of super dense bone and keratin. Destroying it is possible but would require some industrial equipment, a pool of hot lava, or some major military grade ordinance. This is *just* the anatomical structure, the biology gets even weirder. The Yellow foul smelling ichor that passes for blood smells like rotting fish, and is utterly toxic to most forms of Earth-based terrestrial life, although sometimes a plant may survive exposure and be mutated into something neither properly plant or animal, with some method or another of killing animals that make contact or get too close and using them for water content and nutrients. Killing this "dragon" is a matter of separating the core from the body, which means cutting, shooting, or blasting flesh off of it until you expose the core, the problem lies in that the flesh of this beast from chunks small enough to fit in a petri dish, to pieces of any size upwards, will, after a few seconds morph various forms of locomotion, and natural defenses, in an effort to return to the core, and piece itself back together. Anyone unfortunate enough to try to swallow one of these will be burrowed through to escape, or in some cases turned into a flesh puppet. In other words while you're trying to expose the core, the body is actively putting itself back together. Fire and concentrated hydrochloric acid can slow down this process. Something like liquid nitrogen could delay it, for as long as you can keep the pieces frozen, or as long as it takes to destroy the core. This "Dragon" is meant to commonly be very docile in the company of Deep Ones. Finally, to any terrestrial creature insane or cultist enough to explore the matter, the creature is a fully functional true hermaphrodite, genetically compatible with nearly everything that reproduces sexually. Additionally, it has a mutagenic STI that turns victims who manage to survive the process into more of its own kind. Finally, at every thousand years of existence, a second core will form in a, secondary stomach, be expelled in a vomiting-like manner, usually into a body of water, where it's small amount of the changeable flesh is used as tendrils to catch and feed on any animal life it can, using this as material to grow a body identical to its parent by asexual means. These creatures are highly intelligent and while mortal have no cocept of life expectancy. Time is meaningless to them. If this thing is carrying fertilized eggs and begins taking damage, it can and often will, at will, begin euthanizing them and harvesting their stem-cell biomass to facilitate a temporary rapid regeneration. Cults are known to form around these "dragons" as subsects connected to Dagon. When they do, there is a very high probability they will begin using their most zealous human servants to begin trying to breed. While offspring of this method will take centuries to reach full maturity, clutch sizes usually range from 1 to 3 dozen eggs. It should be noted, most wildlife runs the fuck away from these things with all the urgency of escaping certain death, so their presence on land would be *REALLLY* hard to miss. Just look for the place where even the most docile or tamed animal you can find, will not go one step further and will attack you with uncharacteristic fervor, if you attempt to force it.

Hastur is the King in Yellow (and was kinda stolen from another Eldritch horror writer that Lovecraft was a fan of). Nyarlathotep is the Crawling Chaos, and is sometimes depicted as being a messenger for various Outer Gods or Old Gods without actually being one himself, and sometimes depicted as being some form of malevolent spirit.

Heck, it was *blatantly mentioned* the GM fudged a roll so Henderson would get a page of the Necronomicon, assuming he'd read it and die to failed sanity checks. Instead Henderson used the Necronomicon *to make a Blunt*. Henderson also narrowly avoided a Shaggoth he summoned *accidentally*, a Cthulhu he *also summoned accidentally*, a gang war while escorting a Don's son, and more. I hope he kept those dice, cause apparently they're blessed to help those who have gone Mad in their search for Vengeance.
