Seen these guys in Odessa TX at the county Fair in 06 or 07 open up for Jack Ingram and the electric cowboys. They played this song and I looked at my friend told her if this band gets big this will be the song that puts them there. A year or two later, living in Colorado, heard this song on the radio and now look how far they've gotten.

Great song, I cannot believe it only peaked at #32! In my opinion it is a number 1 hit, and deserved a better push from country radio. But it did introduce the band to the fans, and they have had at least 3 number 1 hits since this song came out in 2008. Still my favorite.

This video has spiritual meaning, apparently. The tall men wearing black trench coats remind me of the movie, "city of angels". This, and the unfocused image of Jesus on the cross in the background, makes me think that the men are angels shielding him from the rain with all the umbrellas. To me, that's a very comforting thought. I love the song and video.
