I was thinking the same thing. Lari smiles and gets excited when it comes to Kalle and I just don't see the same pep in his step when he is with Elias. I see this going one of two ways...Lari says yes and they sneak around a few episodes trying to find a way to tell Kalle and Miska or Lari says no and Elisa spends the next few episodes trying to win Lari back. I am with you though...Kalle and Lari and Elias and ? and let's just have two story lines for now lol.

Oh good lord. I literally just started this series (the youtube version) yesterday, and so I have basically done nothing with my life except sit in front of the computer because this is so addicting, and so in the past 24 hours I saw the guys kiss for the first time, I saw Ida go through the anorexia, I saw Lari be forced by his father to go to the recuperation camp, I saw Elias's dad ready to pummel when he found out he might be bullying his son, and I feel like I have seen all of these characters grow up, but most importantly, I saw Elias and Lari fall in love through all of these clips, and I said all of this to say, at that flashback scene during this video, it was almost too much, and I was basically crying my eyes out

On a positive note, recently I am amaze at how Elias has blossomed in the looks department: from being a boyish good looker in the early days to a sensual handsome/beautiful young man with class, elegance and style. But what is most appealing to his macho/manly admirers/worshippers (like Lari and Miska) - is that Elias still retains this innate sense of innocence and vulnerability with the need to be loved and protected at all times :)

I found it almost creepy that Elias would give his dad a blow-by-blow update on his relationship with Lari. That doesn't seem quite the thing a teenager would do with his dad, and especially considering how heavy-handedly Sebastian has been pushing Elias to stay away from Lari. Meanwhile, the Kalari relationship seems even more lackluster than usual, but I don't think Lari is ready yet for more of the roller-coaster ride with Elias. He loves Elias, but I don't blame him for not making an abrupt U-turn & rushing back into Elias' arms. Not to hurry & not to worry. They're still end game.

The writers have kept them apart to long, and its true, it wouldn't be the same. But then, I don't think i would want it to be. These two characters have been through a lot and grown up quite a bit. I honestly think that they would be good for one another. No one is the same person they were in HS, and if so then it would be a sad world to live in. I for one would love to see how this "adult" relationship turns out. If given the chance i think they could really nourish it and watch it bloom into a life long commitment. Love is what matters in the end and i don't think that ever really changed for Elias and Lari. I would be truly disappointed if these boys remained just friends because i can see a really cool wedding/marriage in their future.

Elias losing Miska does not necessarily lead to renegotiation. Grow up, Elias. Move out, live alone for a while. Let the world open your eyes to possible future tracks. It would be too convenient to take Kalle's seat at the table. "Being there" does not mean boyfriend/lover. I still think Elias is going to need profession counseling, something that will be put off during the "honeymoon" phase of a new coupling with Lari. Lari, borrowing from Butters in South Park, I repeat myself: "Just walk away."

Love never comes easy always. I think Elias is going to be disappointed with Lari's answer for now ..... I hope that I am really really wrong though. But I don't see Lari saying 'yes' to Elias immediately and breaking off with Kalle at once who has rescued him from Marianna and 'forgiven' his cheating with Elias. He has matured to become a more responsible and considerate person.

I am sure that Lari still loves Elias, but I think that before accepting, he will want to be sure that the request Elias is not only due to the abandonment by Miska, or to the psychological situation of Elias at this moment. Also maybe he wants to try to see if he really loves Kalle, which I do not think. In any case, when he realizes that he does not loves Kalle, and that he can not stop loving Elias, as has done so far, will have to find a way to explain it to Kalle, which I think it has already figured out on his own. We hope that Kalle does not suffer too much when it happens. isapostolos I agreed that Elias may respond badly to Lari's rejection :( From his conversation with his dad, it is obviously that he strongly believes that Lari will come back to him (especially through the bonding session by being imprisoned in the same room for weeks). If he is really given the 'no' answer by Lari, it would be the second time he is being rejected. Imagine the sadness and humiliation faced by Elias as (for both rounds) he was the one asking/begging Lari to be with him again!!! And compounded by the lost of Miska and his ongoing traumatic stress from being kidnapped, this outright refusal from Lari (who has been his pillar of strength) could literally break him down mentally:( I don't see Elias turning pyscho or whatever (such as stalking or threatening Kalle). But I wonder if he would hate Lari, as much as he loves him? Just wondering...

I want Lari to pin over Elias as Elias was to Lari, I've been reviewing the past episodes, and to be honest, I never really saw Lari head over heels for Elias, maybe he felt it, but just did not show it... so if ever Elias does get mad at Lari, I want him to chase Elias like his life depended on it... Poor baby Elias, he deserves a happy ending...

Yes - I did notice from recent episodes (those stealing kissing moments) that Elias was the initiator, rather than Lari, who stayed passive (although a willing partner).... Even in the cheating scene - both of them were not sharing any after-sex intimacy. In some ways, I feel that Elias is still being punished for cheating (with Miska) on Laris - which resulted in the current predicament. And I understand why Elias decided to have a one-night stand with Miska - for he badly needed some love and warm after being 'abandoned' by Lari once more. I feel that Elias has made the wrong move of asking Lari back (again) - and thus placing himself in a negative light as the third party/boyfriend snatcher... But nevertheless, (in my own idealistic script-writing) I would want him to get really angry at Lari and distanced himself away. So that Lari would miss him so much...

I see people writing in from Brazil, Italy, China, the Netherlands (or Belgium), Russia, Spain, Latin America, unspecified Arab countries, Britain, Ireland, the US, Australia, Canada, Greece and Finland itself; comments in English, Spanish and French. Whatever becomes of Larias, Miskalle and Kallari, this is a truly amazing worldwide phenomenon. Lari said he remembered all the fights and make-ups, so I'm hoping he realizes he and Elias are constantly colliding, eternally unstable. It's odd because I'm actually hoping he stays with Kalle, despite how much I love the Larias dynamic. Maybe it's the ongoing appeal of the chase and the promise of dissatisfaction is he just says "I want to be with you" right now. Maybe it's that Lari and Kalle have something to build on. Maybe I'm just waiting for the right moment, for example, when they are both on the same level. I've constantly been praising Lari for how mature he acts (with a few exceptions) contrasting Elias. Also, DAMN Lari looks fine. I forgot how well he played the straight jock back then! (Also also, can anyone tell me the part where Elias comforts Lari when he's crying as seen in this episode? And also the time when Lari got drunk and slept outside of Elias' door? It would be much appreciated!)

I am rewriting this story in my mind, and telling myself that the entire series ends a tiny bit after the end of this video with the following- Lari lowers his head, looks like he is going to say something that is going to really hurt him, and then looks Elias straight in the eyes and says "I love you". We then see a smile slowly spread across Elias's face and see so much weight lifted off of him along with all the angst and hurt and sadness and longing that has been with him ever since he has been with Miska, and Lari smiles back, and they lean in for the kiss, and it starts out very delicately, and then it gets a little bit more passionate and Elias brings his hands to Lari's face and Lari puts his hands to Elias' waist and they keep kissing passionately all the while both grinning from ear to ear, and then you see them continue but the slow motion effect is added to it, and it fades, and then the credits start rolling, and as that is happening, you see a bunch of black and white flashback compilations just like the one in this video, but for each of the characters (Ida, Janne, etc.) and then it tells you what all of the characters went on to do and all of the other loose ends of the story are tied up. And there is music over this, which all combined makes all of the viewers who have been there from the very beginning cry their eyes out with happy tears. And that is the end. (Sigh of relief. I needed to write that for my sanity, because I actually watched a ton of the videos after this, but had to stop because I got the feeling that the writer's were putting the story in a place where Elias could leave for good, and him and Lari would for sure not be together, and I couldn't handle that so I came back to this video and ended it in a beautiful way)

What if it was the other way around, Elias was with Miska and Lari went to Elias’ apartment with Miska there and said “I still love you”... oh wait, pretty most of last season we saw lari pining after Elias while Miska and Elias are kissing in front of him and Elias shutting Lari down. This show really believes in karma- first Lari to understand how Elias felt with Kalle being ashamed of him and Elias to know how Lari felt with him and Miska kissing in front of him all the time and getting engaged

In my humble opinion, those sweet-and-sour flasbacks (which represent his real desire for Elias) running through Lari's are actually pushing him to accept Elias back into his arms. However, the glance back at Kalle (i believe) - pulled him back to the harsh reality that he has a moral responsibility (which represents his fake desire for Kalle) to his current boyfriend who has been so supportive and nourishing. Very sad :(
