We sang this middle school version of Elijah Rock! In middle school in 7th grade, now in 9th grade the mixed choir is doing it but at the high school level, so sad i can't be in mixed choir this year to do it, because 9th grade girls have to do a year of women's choir first and then audition :( but these kids sounded great, they just need taller vowels, it would make them sound much more mature. Edit: listening again they need a bit more dynamics and consonances, like more "K" on "rocK" but overall it was great

I'm going to 8th grade but this pasy winter I was in 7th grade and we sang this song as a full chorus. 7th and 8th grade together. It was a large group of kids and very crowded but we had a large sound and we sang better than this.
