Lucy You've got this all you need to work on is Your Transitions, and Take a good look howThey Set their Bikes up, Rubber Bands for their Bike Shoes and talc andVaseline for Your Running Shoes , you Can do this.

sometimes the music overlaid is very loud but when lucy's actually talking her audio is quite low so i'm constantly changing volume setting, if volume could be more consistent that would help too!!

Honestly, the super league, appears like a lot of stress. it seems like they would try anything to make the competition more appealing...somehow in all the pushing hard, seems hard to fall into a running "flow"... I thought, lucy´s bike seemed a bit too small but I have no experience and no knowledge, so is just an impression
