I have never seen this video. I start to imagine you have had a lot of work searching to discover all places when these pictures were taken. Incredible. Congratulations. In those years I was dreaming about the Beatles, and my friends also. They were our idols. We bought every magazine's with Beatles pictures, stories, and compact disc. We liked for the Beatles.

It's weird bring from Liverpool and I live a few hundred yards from ringos old house, I drink from time to time in the olde crack were john drank and a house I lived in for 8 years was around the corner from Paul.

​@@frankhornby6873 The bricks were actually sold off to the public for £5 each.. I'm from the city and remember it well.. The original Cavern stage is just a bit further up Mathew street on the left. Great vids.. Been to the Ye Cracke pub loads and as John is one of my all time heroes, it's weird knowing i've lent on the doorframe that he did all those years ago..

Amazing, when I think that I learnt window display there at that time (worked in Owen Owens) and Played C&W in the Black Cat Club in London Road. Happy days:)

The airport where the Beatles are seen arriving at 2:53 formerly called Liverpool Speke Airport is now called The John Lennon Airport. John had no idea that same airport he took his first airplane trip on and that he would use to return triumphantly to Liverpool after the Beatles became big would one day be named after him after he died. Goose bumps time !

David, the airport called Speke Airport where the Beatles landed in 1964 is now just a Hotel (Crowne Plaza Liverpool) and the runways are used to park some old planes on display. The John Lennon airport is a new one and is nearly a mile from Speke airport.

This is a great and original video. I feel like I'm visiting Liverpool. A great pool of early Beatles pics. On the editing side I'd say speed things a bit, spend much less time on the current sites--very long zooms--and show the pictures longer so we have time to identify and enjoy the people in them. Thx.

Liverpool is amazing! One of most beautiful cities ever. Video does not show all this environment and vibe. Liverpool is very green, a lot of parks, flowers, trees, very interesting architecture. Maybe too nice for the rebellious boys.

The airport in Liverpool looks like it hasn't changed much, except for the cars that park there.

Speke airport was the airport were the Beatles landed in 1964. Now is just a hotel but with the same buildings of the original airport and some old planes as ornament. Liverpool has now a new airport named "John Lennon Liverpool Airport."

I was there in St. Peter’s garden fete with my three mates we where all thirteen .what is not mentioned is the star guest John gregson ( actor) who the nuns where all fussing over,and they where charging sixpence (Tanner) for his autograph,it was a beautiful July day,and we had walked up from bellevale to be there ,,,,joe OMalley

Here are some Fun Facts about Paul McCartney: The Cavern Club where the Beatles started was 6 miles (23 minutes by car) from his house. St. Peters Church where Paul first Met John is 2 miles (7 minutes by car) from his house. John Lennon lived just 1.3 miles (4 minutes by car) away from Paul as children. I think what we are hearing was recorded from the audience probably near the stage and somebody in the audience is definitely singing along off-key. I've been trying to listen carefully and figure out what in the world is that off key sound, yep it's somebody in the audience singing along and they're just slightly off, which throws the whole song completely off
