Hello Elise, thanks for sharing Christmas cheer. Amazing and beautiful and so sweet. Oh i hope you find a new Christmas tree topper as well. I am not sure what Danes had on their tree tops in yesteryear, I just don't like whatsoever 5 pointed star, which reminds me of so many agressor countries. Oh and do share of videos of no Sun, this is so mind boggling for some of us on the southside of the globe. Love you lots, your videos and your adventures are fun. Merry Christmas 🎄🎅⛪️

What a nice surprise to see you pop in on a Monday Elise. Love the black coat and the Xmas Bird. She is gorgeous perched on your Xmas tree. Here in the US! There are a couple of really bad viruses going around ; one being a Bad Upper Respiratory Infection that’s leaving people with a horrible sore throat and a cough that continues for weeks , and a stomach virus ( flu like) prayers that you stay warm and feel better asap. Thank you for brining us along while you shop. Great finds sweetie. 😊

Hi Elise, I love your home decorated for Christmas, well any time really but it is especially inviting and cosy. I want to come over for coffee and treats. I Love the champagne ornament and that bird is stunning. But…the coat takes the cake it is Gorgeous!!!! I’m so glad you got it for yourself. It’s your Christmas gift to yourself, you couldn’t leave it at the store I absolutely support you getting a wonderful new coat. Please, rest, go to the doctor to make sure you don’t have a lung infection. That kind of illness needs antibiotics and monitoring. I have the same thing and it’s been 8 weeks!! Please take care. Thank you so much for the extra video, it was lovely to see all the beautiful decorations and super fun to see the thrift and vintage stores. My favorite was the hand made fingerless gloves with embroidery as accents. I wish you and your boyfriend a very happy Christmas and I hope you both enjoy spending your first Christmas together ❤❤❤

God Bless you and your Grandmother. It is so seldom talked about, but being with our loved ones as they are in the process of dying is such a privilege, so transcendently beautiful, and also deeply challenging. I was with 2 of my Great Aunts just days before they passed away. And, after many years of extended care, I held each of my parents in my arms as they died. I am eternally grateful that I had that opportunity. You will never regret your time with her at this extraordinary, liminal moment at the end of life. God Bless you both, and give you the strength to face what so many cannot. As painful as it is to lose those we love so profoundly, there is a deep connection , and a soul filling experience of LOVE, that transcends the boundaries of life and death. May your Grandmother’s death be peaceful, free of pain and enriched with the love you have for her. May you be strong, and may you both experience divine comfort throughout the process.

Elise, I am so sorry you are still feeling under the weather. I have experienced this twice in the last 3 months. And have yet to fully regain my strength. It is awful to try to accomplish projects that I just can't wrap up due to lack of get up and go. And when I do muster the will, I only last a couple of hours and then the sever fatigue sets in and I just can't keep going. Ugh, I am not used to it, and I hate it. I wish you well soon. Merry Christmas!!

It is Persian Lamb. They were very popular in the 50's I think thrift stores send their merchandise to other countries. We sold my mother in law's Persian Lamb coat and I do think it may have traveled across the ocean. Her coat didn't have a belt In the back. It was a swing style.

So nice to see you helping your Mom! That was quite comical, watching the two of you trying to feed the tree through that machine. I know of another you tuber, here, in the States, who cut down her tree, I believe on their own land. It was hard to see her try to get it into the house without the twine wrapped around it. I hope she didn't scratch her brand new wooden, pine floors! By the way, I loved the first vintage shop you visited. So many beautiful, handcrafted items. And the suitcase was a great find. Please get well!
