I was lucky enough to see Saxon at "The Hamersmith Odeon" "Strong Arm of the Law" & "Denim & Leather" Tours, probably 1980, then early 90's at Peterborough. Never saw them play much off there first album which was a shame, as it has some great tracks.

Saxon, the most underrated NWOBHM band of all time! This song, the live version and Dallas 1pm, should have landed this band in the rock and roll hall of fame a decade ago.

I am addicted to this song, it is perfect even though the drummer is a British guy with an afro and aviator sunglasses, the lead guitarist looks like he just came back from a trailer park kegger, the bassist looks like he is about to be arrested for a domestic dispute on cops, and Biff looks like just came back from his gymnastics meet.

i was seeing Saxon just a day ago in stockholm and before the concert Biff walks infront to me and starts to speak whit me and i ask for a ciggaret, he says sure and also hands me guitar pick. i was kinda shocked tbh. unforgetable just as the kickass concert! best concert ever!

Please be careful, kids. I was in a Saxon concert 1983 (or close to that) in an ice hockey stadium. My left ear is still ringing from that gig. I dropped my earplug from my left ear. That's the god's truth, boys. I still love Saxon. They just should be listened to outdoors...

Sazon is most definitely one of the best metal bands ever, I recently saw their show and the quality was much much better than of some more popular bands shows I've been to, like Metallica or Ozzy...these guys really give all they can on their shows and everything they do is top notch...hail Saxon!

I'm 2011 years old now, and man, i saw these live back in the day with their original line up when jesus was on lead guitar... i was in the vip box with his disciples, getting drunk, having a blast, you don't get bands like this nowadays! Unfortunately Jesus turned to drugs and started telling people wacky stories about walking on water and curing blind people so had some problems with the local authorities and had to leave the band, but this line up is just as good!!!

happy memories of sneaking out of house to go see saxon at ipswich gaumont when i was a kid (13 ooops!) great gig but the one flaw in the plan was trusting older sister not to grass me up, she did. me? got mega bollocking and grounded for weeks. The first time I heard of Saxon was when my 12 year old sister showed me that awesome horror movie "Twilight"...
